Leadership Nexus is:

Leadership Nexus is an organization founded by Dr. Robert Pierson to provide resources that will empower the local church, equip the clergy and laity for leadership, and provide a network for peer learning. The basic functions of Leadership Nexus are to provide training through conferences, consultations, newsletters and information on additional resources. Among the resources made available by Leadership Nexus are workshops based on the book Needs-Based Evangelism by Dr. Pierson, and local church effectiveness.

Bob Pierson is working as a consultant with a variety of churches including First United Methodist Church in Magnolia, Arkansas, Central United Methodist Church in Florence, South Carolina, Central United Methodist Church in Shelby, North Carolina, First United Methodist Church in Midland, Texas, and May Avenue United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
